Every year since 1985, schools and other institutions have joined parents in celebrating Red Ribbon Week, a week in which parents and their children pledge to live a drug free life.
Red Ribbon Week was held October 23-31 this year, and Fairmount Park Elementary School came up with a banner idea – to have students sign a banner on which they would publicly pledge to live a drug free life.
Bayprint was happy to help, producing the banner they needed, displayed here by School Counselor Candice Nyarkoh (left) and Bayprint’s Nancy Karnavicius.
